Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with Marquita Music. All products sold on marquitamusic.org are custom-made and produced on demand. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Returns only apply to SPECIFIED Purchases

1. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds or Exchanges)

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified after processing has begun.

2. Limited Replacement Policy (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

We will replace items only if they are:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Defective due to manufacturing error
  • Incorrect item received (wrong product, design, or size sent by us)

To qualify for a replacement, you must:

  • Submit your request within 7 days of confirmed delivery
  • Provide proof of purchase (order number)
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

Requests that do not include sufficient documentation may be denied at our sole discretion.

If approved, we will:

  • Issue a replacement of the same item at no additional cost, OR
  • Provide a comparable substitute if the original item is unavailable

We reserve the right to determine whether a product is defective or qualifies for replacement.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Conditions

We do not offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day claim window

4. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Marquita Music is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Delivery delays due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy and waive the right to initiate unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes.

In the event of a chargeback filed in violation of this policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Provide evidence of this agreement to the payment processor
  • Dispute the chargeback to the fullest extent permitted
  • Restrict future purchases from the customer

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marquita Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
