Thank you for shopping with Marquita Music. All items are made to order and handled with care. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All products are custom-made and produced on demand. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing times may be extended during:

  • High order volume periods
  • New product launches
  • Holidays or promotional events

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the method selected at checkout.


2. Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping carrier:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery times.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Marquita Music is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages returned due to address errors

If an order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Marquita Music is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or external factors

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.


7. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence so we can assist you.


8. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary by country
  • Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun.
